AttestIQA: The CaseWare of SOC 2. Join the first CPA partner network built around a professional-grade SOC 2 attestation workpaper platform: purpose-built for CPAs issuing the opinion.
Program Overview
The AttestIQA CPA Partner Network provides CPA firms with structured access to the tools, training,
and resources they need to build a profitable, defensible SOC 2 attestation practice. Partners receive
preferential pricing, co-marketing support, and access to the AttestIQA methodology framework.
The Revenue Opportunity
The Market
98% of solo and small CPA firms do not offer SOC 2 today.
Over 10,000 health-tech companies need SOC 2 Type II to enter hospital procurement.
One engagement pays $12,000–$18,000 in CPA fees. SOC 2 is an annual examination,
so every client you win renews. Partners who build this practice now enter a market
with almost no competition from peer firms.

Why SOC 2 Is AI-Proof Revenue
AI is automating bookkeeping, payroll, and routine tax prep. Solo CPA firms are losing those services. SOC 2 Type II attestation is structurally different: AT-C 205 requires a licensed CPA to sign the opinion. No AI can provide the independence, carry the professional liability, or satisfy AICPA standards a client’s board demands. CPAs who add attestation services now will own this market when their peers are losing to automation.

Why Now
The Compliance Window
The AICPA's Ethics Staff Insights (April 6, 2026) cautioned CPAs against relying on compliance
automation platforms that don't expose their underlying test logic. This is the compliance window: CPA firms
that build a transparent, auditor-controlled SOC 2 practice now will be positioned when peer review scrutiny
increases. AttestIQA was built specifically for this standard.
About the Founder
Walter Larkins is the founder and developer of AttestIQA and Founder & CEO of Sapphire Healthcare AI, the platform’s first reference engagement. A UCLA graduate and ROTC scholarship winner who attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, he served four years as a U.S. Army Captain in Europe, where he completed Boston University’s European Division MBA program. As President and CEO of Endosurgical Development Corp., he led the invention of a minimally invasive heart surgery system acquired by a Johnson & Johnson company. He served on the Board of Directors of NASDAQ-traded En Ponte Technology and founded CDR Financial Services, a healthcare-focused accounts receivable management company. He holds multiple issued and pending U.S. and international patents. After two decades building health-tech companies that needed SOC 2 attestations firsthand, he built AttestIQA because the structured, CPA-grade workpaper platform his CPAs needed did not exist.
